Supporting Our Veterans

If you’re a veteran who has been feeling, anxious, angry, or lost; there is a path forward. And it starts with making the decision to take back control of your life.

As the mom of a veteran, I have witnessed my son struggle to find his place in a world so different than the military. He’s struggled to process everything he went through, and that struggle has manifested in a battle with depression, addiction, and PTSD. Sadly, his story is not special. It is the story of so many veterans who come home broken, lost, and without the tools to find their way back to a new life.

While my work was not designed specifically for veterans, so many of the methods I teach can be powerful tools in the fight against hopelessness, the fight against cycles of negative thinking, and in that feeling of powerlessness you feel you can’t escape.

You can.

I have seen these tools help my son get to a better place. And while he still struggles every day, as I know so many veterans do, he is doing everything he can to win the battle with his mind and discover real happiness and inner peace again.

Many veterans who are blessed enough to make it home from the battlefield still end up giving their lives for this country. Because theyve lost their joy, their purpose, and their sense of self. If I can help even one veteran get that life back, then everything I do is worth it.

It’s time to start building your new life beyond the military.

Judy Balloff is a certified RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) practitioner and personal growth coach—not a licensed medical, psychiatric, or mental health professional. Coaching and RTT sessions are intended to support personal growth and resilience alongside, not in place of, care from a licensed therapist, physician, or the VA. They are not a treatment for PTSD, depression, or any other diagnosed condition, and are not appropriate for crisis intervention.

If you or someone you know is a veteran in crisis or experiencing thoughts of suicide, please contact the Veterans Crisis Line immediately: call 988, then press 1, text 838255, or chat online at veteranscrisisline.net. Support is confidential and available 24/7.

For general mental health emergencies, contact 911 or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

FAQs

RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) is a hybrid approach combining hypnotherapy, CBT, and NLP to help identify and shift the root of negative thought patterns. A free discovery call is the best first step to see if it’s a fit for you.

This page is dedicated to the veteran community, but Judy’s coaching and RTT work were not designed as a clinical treatment for PTSD or any diagnosed condition. Many of the tools she teaches can support resilience and help break cycles of negative thinking, but they’re meant to complement, not replace, care from the VA or a licensed mental health provider.

Many veterans also reach out for support with the broader transition to civilian life—things like finding purpose, rebuilding confidence, career direction, or simply feeling stuck. If you’re struggling in any of these areas, this is for you too.

Just follow this link and upload your proof of military service, and you’ll receive a lifetime access code to the course at no cost. You can work through it at your own pace, and revisit any lesson as many times as you’d like.
